Servicing Director Service Release Error when Creating a Batch: "Please set up at least one acquired..."

Please set up at least one acquired from/sold to for service release

Root Cause:

When all the default balances from the Balances tab of the System Administration Table Setup Acquired From/Sold To screen have been deleted, this error displays. No balances should be deleted from the default list even if you are not planning to use them. You will not be able to return the defaults to the screen.

Workaround:

The best approach is to set up the purchaser from scratch again and remember to not delete any balances from the defaults that populate the Balances screen.
