Servicing Director User Name Does Not Appear in Drop Down List of Available Collectors

A user who is correctly set up in Servicing Director does not have their name on the list of available collectors on the Late Info window (Customer Service > Payment > Late Info).

Setting up Users as Collectors

Workaround:

In order to have a Servicing Director user also be a collector, and on the list of available collectors, you also have to set the user up as a collector.

To access the Collector screen:

  1. Open System Administration
  2. Click Setup, and select Collector.
  3. Click Open.
Once you have your collector(s) set up, they appear in the field and are available to select.
