The event failed and reported this error:
Error Running Stored Procedure: Year End Rollover update for <four digit year value> has already been run.
Root Cause:
This message can appear if the Year End Rollover event has already been run for the four digit year value shown in the error message.
The Year End Rollover event can only be run once for a given year.
Workaround:
- Before running the Year End Rollover event, the end of year procedures had you set the event criteria to the four digit year of the just finished business year.
- Review the end of year procedures, which describe running the Reporting Year for the Year End Rollover event, and confirm you have run the event for the correct year.
Note: When you open the criteria screen for this event, a year value will be pre-filled in the Reporting Year field you have set for the event.
- If you find you have run the Year End Rollover event for the correct year, then you do not have to run the event a second time.
