Setting a loan back to active that has been service released

You have a loan that was service released using the Service Release module in Fusion Servicing Director. You need to repurchase the loan(s) and set it back to active.

Workaround:

There is no process to reactivate a service released loan once completed; however, there is a workaround that Support can try for you. Submit a case through Case Management and reference this article. 

Submit a case through Case Management to increment Request for Change 00314666 or Request for Change 00296615.
