Setting the Number of EZTeller32 Logon Attempts

You want to limit the number of incorrect log on attempts to EZTeller32 before supervisor assistance will be required.
 


  1. Sign on to Superview32 with a Manager authority level 5.
  2. Select Tellers > Security.
  3. In the Login Attempts Allowed field, enter the number of times a teller is allowed to attempt to log on to EZTeller32 before they are locked out of the application.

Note: The default setting is zero (0), allowing a teller unlimited login attempts to EZTeller32.

  1. Click OK.
  2. The teller must exit and restart EZTeller32 for the new setting to take effect.
