Setting Up a GRH Loan (Guaranteed Rural Housing) Loan In Servicing Director
How does a user set up a GRH Loan (Guaranteed Rural Housing) in Servicing Director
A GRH loan can be set up in the Guaranty screen, accessible from either the Collections application, or from the Customer Service application, Loan Info screen.
In the Guaranty screen, you should select the Primary Mtg Insurer as 'Guaranteed Rural Housing'.
Then in the FHA/VA/Rural section below, you can leave blank the fields which are obviously reserved for FHA/VA - such as ADP code and Section etc.
Use the application Help Topics (F1) for more information on these fields.
You should then complete the case number and 'guaranty loan type' drop down selection as applicable.
