Setting Up a Supervisor Role to Have the Option to Select On-Duty Branches

To allow a supervisor to be able to approve override requests remotely from another workstation or location.


  1. Open Superview.
  1. Select EZTeller Roles > Maintenance.
  2. Select the role.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Click on the Security Details.

 Note:  Access to Superview is set up under the Security Details menu in the software. If you don't have access to Superview, contact your administrator.

  1. Select the Bank Menu tab.
  2. Select the box for Select On Duty Branches.
  3. Click Apply. 
  4. The following message appears: "You have made changes to the Security Details. Do you want to save these changes?" Click Yes. 
  5. Click OK.
  6. The tellers must exit and restart EZTeller before this change will be recognized.

 

Note:  Security Details Defaults can be defined globally for all authority levels: Supervisors, Managers and Administrators at the Holding Company level.
