Loans are sometimes owned by more then one investor.

1. Open Investor Accounting, and then open a new loan transfer batch.
   
   Note: In the loan transfer batch, you must set up a loan transfer batch to the main investor even if the loan already exists in the main investor.
2. Click OK.
3. Click New, and set up the primary investor with the majority participation.
4. Click OK.
   
   Investor Accounting displays the main transfer screen.
5. Select the Edit Participant button to add the additional participant.
6. Select New Participant to add the next participant with the lower participation percentage, and then clear the primary investor check box.
7. Click OK.
8. Post the transfer batch.
