Setting up the System for Construction Loans

Construction loans are intended for construction purposes only. Servicing Director does not support escrow accounts on construction loans.
When you are setting up the system for construction loans, you must perform the following tasks:

Set up companies to allow construction loans
Set up cost codes and cost code templates for construction loans
Set up inspectors for construction loans
Set up inspection companies, and assign the inspector to an inspection company
Set up loan templates for construction loans (for more information see setting up loan templates for construction loans)
Set up draw templates
