Selecting the Stop Update Checkbox will Prevent the Advanced Payment Rules from Reassigning the Loan to a New Rule, and will only be Available if Advance Payment Rules are Setup in the Tables.

Select The Customer Service Module

• Select the Loan Number.
• Select the Payment Tab on the Main Customer Service Screen.
• Check the Stop Update box at the Bottom Left of the Screen.
