Ginnie Mae (GNMA) APM 24-06, and Modernization Bulletin 41 announced implementation details on Single Family Monthly Payment Default Status Loan Level Reporting (PDS) dataset. PDS submissions will be required beginning December 1, 2024 for November reporting period.

We anticipate having a GNMA PDS Final package ready by November 18, 2024.  You can install this package over the 24.1 version of Fusion Servicing Director to generate files for the November 2024 reporting period.

To receive the package,

• If you have already raised a case for testing PDS files, the package will be shared with you on the case.
• If you have not raised a case for GNMA PDS yet, raise a case to receive the GNMA PDS package. 

Note: The GNMA PDS updates will also be included in the 24.2 version, scheduled for release in the first week of December 2024. Once available, you can install this version over 24.1 version (with or without the GNMA PDS Final package),and continue generating PDS files for submission.
