In Superview, the user cannot scroll through, add or edit SAM alerts.
The first account on the list has a blank account number field.

EZTeller has allowed a record to be added without an account number. Until we remove that record, you won't be able to add or edit SAM alerts.
Please call EZTeller Client Services at 800.437.2252. We will provide a script that assigns an account number to that orphaned record.
Once the orphaned record has an account number, then it can be deleted and SAM will work correctly.
