Supervisor Is Unable to Override Transactions at the Teller Workstation
A supervisor role was recently added to an employee and they are unable to override transactions at the teller workstation.
Workaround:
EZTeller user information and passwords copy from the database to the workstation at startup. If the teller has not restarted EZTeller since the supervisor was assigned the Supervisor role, the override role is not recognized for the supervisor.
Have the teller exit and restart EZTeller to update role information from main database to the local drive.
Note: Restarting EZTeller usually resolves this problem. If this issue continues, ask the supervisor to log into EZTeller on that PC, and then log off. This writes the user information to the file on the workstation.
