Root Cause:

Error occurred on the host. EZTeller displays the message from the Jack Henry host system. All users are: Online Inactive.

Workaround:

You will need to contact Jack Henry technical support.

Ask them to close the Teller Subsystem on the AS400 mainframe and restart it to clear this error.
