Supported Environments 

Web Server (ILSWeb, ILSWebInvestor)

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2. Requires Microsoft Update #2919355.
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016
  • Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Microsoft .NET 4.0 or later
  • Microsoft Installer 4.5
  • Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) configured on the Web Server
  • Dual Core Intel Pentium or AMD 1.8GHZ or higher processor; 2 GB RAM or more; Hard disk with a minimum of 4 GB free disk space

Web Application Server (ILSWebBus)

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2. Requires Microsoft Update #2919355.

Required additional software you may install yourself or it can be automatically installed by the Servicing Director Application Installation:
The following are automatically installed when you install the Servicing Director applications on the Web Application Server. The Servicing Director applications are not required on the server, and you can instead install the following yourself on the server without installing the applications. To install the Servicing Director applications on the server, see your Servicing Director applications installation guide. If you want to install the following yourself, then contact the Servicing Director Customer Support to obtain the installation software.

  • Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 Run Time version 13.0.15.1840 32-bit

General Requirement

  • Browser Cookies must be allowed for the Customer Self-Service web sites. 
  • Servicing Director Customer Self-Service and the Servicing Director database must always be on the same version
  • Customer Self-Service cannot be installed on a Microsoft domain controller

The Customer Self-Service webpages are WCAG 2.0 (level AA) compliant and are certified on JAWS (version 2018), the screen reading tool.
