Note: Servicing Director cannot be installed on a Microsoft domain controller. Client - Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 is supported on 64-bit; all other operating systems in the list below are supported on both 32-bit and 64-bit.

- Adobe Reader (for viewing documentation delivered as PDF files; free download at www.adobe.com)
- Business Objects Crystal Reports XI (if you design reports)
