IMPORTANT! Some Microsoft products listed in this article are past their Mainstream Support End Date. D+H follows Microsoft’s schedule in supporting products required for Servicing Director as follows:
- Limited Support Phase is a one-year period following the end of Microsoft’s Extended support. We will not test Servicing Director on the operating system or actively seek to fix defects in our software that are directly attributed to incompatibility with an operating system. We will continue to support our software, when run on these operating systems, in the capacity of troubleshooting and actively seeking workaround solutions.
- No Support Phase begins at the end of our Limited Support Phase; one year after the end of Microsoft’s Extended Support.
