Tellers Randomly Being Prompted for CCR Information on Small Cash Amounts

Tellers are now being prompted to gather Cash Consolidation information on small transactions. When reviewing the CCR record, the status column displays a "T" with the legend description of Teller Added.

Workaround:

It was discovered when at the Transaction Total screen, if the teller presses the #3 key on the keyboard keypad, it puts a check in the Add CCR box.
Tellers were accidentally hitting the 3 and Enter keys at the same time which caused the Add CCR screens to appear.  
 

This issue is resolved in EZTeller release 5.3:

·          Modified the Proceed dialogue screen so that the Add CCR checkbox is now located under the Print Receipt checkbox. This should eliminate accidental selection of the checkbox. This screen is part of all EZTeller transactions.
·          Modified the Proceed dialogue screen by removing the shortcut keys “3” and “8” for the Add CCR and Place Hold checkboxes. This change should eliminate the accidental selection of these checkboxes. This screen is part of all EZTeller transactions.
