This is an issue found in Servicing Director 7.7 with Update 1.
Workaround:
Allow the Create Credit Report Table event to complete.
Do not interrupt it or terminate Event Manager. You may need to allow the event to run for hours, depending on your data and the speed of your server.
Event Manager may indicate that it is not responding, but that is normal for any long running server process.
Interrupting the event can cause incorrect Credit Reporting data, and to correct the data would require reversing all recent changes by restoring your database your last known good backup.
Upgrade to Servicing Director version 7.8 to resolve this issue.
