The Redeem Bond Information Screen Does Not Appear when Redeeming a Bond

You attempt to process a Redeem Bond transaction but the information screen where tellers enter the denominations and issue date does not appear.


Workaround:

  1. Confirm that you have the following files:
  • C:\EZTeller\EZredeembondctlent.ocx (for EZTeller Enterprise)
  • C:\EZTeller32\redeembondctl.ocx (for EZTeller32)
  • C:\Windows\System32\msmask.ocx
  • C:\Windows\System32\Richtx32.ocx
  • C:\Windows\System32\Vsflex6d.ocx
  • If you are missing any of the required files, continue to step 5.
  1. If you have all of the required files, register each file.
  • To register a file click Start > Run.
  • In the Open field type: regsvr32 c:\ezteller\ezredeembondctlent.ocx.
  • Click OK.
  • You should receive a message stating that the file registry succeeded.
  • Click OK to close the window.
  1. Repeat steps 1-2 for each file that needs to be registered. 
  2. If you are missing any of the files, you will need to reinstall EZTeller.
  3. The tellers must exit EZTeller before this change will be recognized.
