The Scheduled Payments (One-Time ACH) screen is not working as expected on Servicing Director 7.7 with Update 1.
This is an issue found on Servicing Director 7.7 with the end of year 7.7 Update 1.
When you use the Scheduled Payments (One-Time ACH) screen, it is not working as expected in the following ways:
- The Delete button is disabled for some payments
- Payments are not in the correct payment batch
- Payment errors are reported which are not correct
- Payments do not include additional amounts entered
Workaround:
Upgrade to Servicing Director version 7.8 to resolve this issue.
