Workaround:
In most cases, the Help>About screen version number is expected to not change, and this does not indicate a problem.
The Servicing Director application Help>About screen version number displayed is usually the last full release version installed.
If you have a Service Pack or fix applied to the applications after the last full release, the Service Pack or fix does not usually change the version number displayed on the Help About screen, and the Help About screen cannot show whether there is a Service Pack or fix present.
If the Service Pack updates any of the several Servicing Director applications, where the actual .exe program for an application is replaced, then the Help About screen for any replaced .exe programs will show the updated Service Pack version. For any Servicing Director applications where the .exe program is not replaced and only other non-exe files are updated, the Help About screen will not show the Service Pack version, but the last full release version.
