The Servicing Director Due Date for a Loan Did Not Advance

Occasionally, you might notice that a loan due date did not advance even though you are applying payments.

Workaround:

The loan due date might not be advancing for one of the following reasons:

  • You are applying Principal only or Interest only payments.
  • Payments are being posted to Unapplied.

Please contact Servicing Director Customer Support for further assistance if neither of these reasons are true for the loan.
