When you view the Servicing Director reports folder located in the \SvcData\Rpt directory, you do not have IRS report files with the current reporting year in the report file name. For example, when you view the reports folder for the 1098 B report files, you see file names such as 1098_B_2014.rpt or 1098_B_2013.rpt, but you don't see a file named 1098_B_<your current year>.rpt.
Workaround:
This is by design. The IRS report for the current year does not have the year in the report file name. For example, the 1098 B report file for the current reporting year will have the file name 1098_B.rpt.
The prior reporting year reports will have the prior year in the report file name.
This change to the IRS report files occurs each year when you apply the Servicing Director end of year update to your Servicing Director database server. The update will add a new report file for the current reporting year, and add a new prior year report with the prior year in the report name.
