This field name is not known.
Details: errorKind

Root Cause: Typically, this error is caused by an incorrect setting for the Servicing Director SQL login named "Reports", which is used only by the History and other screens. In rare cases, the error can mean you have customized the report used to create the screen, and the custom report refers to a field which is no longer found or cannot be accessed in the Servicing Director database.

Workaround:

Use the Servicing Director LSCNFG application on the server to set the Reports login password to a password of your choice, something other than the default.

  1. Review Changing the Servicing Director SQL Login Passwords.
  2. Use the procedures in the article to set the Reports login password. To resolve this issue, you only need to change the password for the Reports login.
  3. Have your users log out from all the Servicing Director applications and  then log back into the applications for the change to take effect.

If the issue persists, check with your system administrator to confirm if the report used by the screen has been customized.
