Unable to cast object of type FileStreamDeleteOnClose

You're receiving the following Fusion Servicing Director Customer Self-Service ReportDebug.txt Error: Unable to cast object of type 'FileStreamDeleteOnClose'...
Root cause: this is an issue with the version of the Crystal Reports previewer runtime on the Customer Self-Service business application server.

   at ILSBusiness.LoanDataProvider.CrystalRptExport(ReportDocument rptDoc, StringBuilder& sb, String& debug, String currDir)
Check to be sure the application has access to the system temp folder.
Check to be sure that and ODBC connection exists with SQL authentication named 'Servicing'

Workaround:

A certain version of Crystal Reports previewer runtime is required for each version of Fusion Servicing Director Customer Self-Service. The version will be listed in the System Requirements article for your version of Customer Self-Service. This issue can be caused by using the wrong version.  

If you do not have the version installed that's listed in the System Requirements, uninstall it form the Windows programs list on the server and then install the required version.
