Unable to Duplex Print (Both Sides)

Unable to Duplex Print (Both Sides)

Servicing Director is unable to duplex print documents, where printing is on both sides of the paper.

Workaround:

Set your printer to print duplex by default.

You may be able to configure a separately named printer with the duplex printing default, and then print to that named printer when you need to duplex print.
