Unable to Export EZTeller Reports on 64 Bit Terminal Server

User configures a report in Superview, and is able to view it on the screen and print it. When you click on the icon to Export, nothing happens.


Environment:

64-bit Citrix or Terminal Server

Workaround:

To copy files, have the network administrator log onto the server and follow the below steps:

  1. Locate the C:\Windows\Crystal directory.
  2. Highlight the contents of the folder and Copy.
  3. Browse to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder and Paste into that folder.
