Unable to Print the Teller Recap

The Teller Recap box is grayed out when trying to select to print.

Workaround:

Verify the following:

  1. Check to see if the the validation printer is turned on.
  2. If Superview was opened first on this workstation, it may have attached the printer connection to Superview. Go to System > Printer and click Printer to uncheck the printer.
  3. In EZTeller, go to Other > Printer and a check mark will show the printer is selected.
  4. Go to Admin > Balance Cash Drawer > Count Cash > OK, Print Teller Recap.
