Unlocking a Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Employee Login
Servicing Director Employee users have a login lock specifically for their Customer Self-Service login, separate from their Servicing Director desktop application login.
The Servicing Director employee user is also referred to as a Teller in the Customer Self-Service documentation.
Use the procedure below to unlock the Customer Self-Service login.
- Open System Administration.
- Click Security.
- Select the username of the teller/employee.
- Click Edit.
- Right-click on the Edit User screen.
- Click Web Access.
- Clear the checkbox where the Login Lock checkbox displays a checkmark.
- Click OK.
