Unlocking a Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Employee Login

Servicing Director Employee users have a login lock specifically for their Customer Self-Service login, separate from their Servicing Director desktop application login. 

The Servicing Director employee user is also referred to as a Teller in the Customer Self-Service documentation. 

Use the procedure below to unlock the Customer Self-Service login.
  1. Open System Administration.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Select the username of the teller/employee.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Right-click on the Edit User screen.
  6. Click Web Access.
  7. Clear the checkbox where the Login Lock checkbox displays a checkmark.
  8. Click OK.
