User ID Has Been Deactivated

When signing on to EZTeller32 or Superview32 a teller receives the following message: User ID has been deactivated.

Workaround:

  1. Open Superview.
  2. Select Tellers, Edit.
  3. From the Teller List screen, select the teller whose status needs to be activated.
  4. Click Reset Password.

Note: The default password is the four-digit teller number. For example, 0014 will be the reset password for teller 14.

  1. Click Activate.
  2. Click Close.

Note: This option is available only if your bank has selected to use any of the teller security features located under Tellers > Security > Expiration Period, Logon Attempts Allowed or Auto Logoff Period.

  1. Exit Superview.
  2. Have the teller sign on to EZTeller with the reset password.

Note: The teller will be prompted to change his or her password after successfully signing on.
