Using the Servicing Director Message Text Feature for Custom Correspondence
Servicing Director delivers five system delivered message texts along with their three digit codes, used with the Periodic Billing Statements and the Initial and Subsequent ARM Notices that can have customized message text.
- 001 Bankruptcy - Periodic Billing Statement
- 002 Bankruptcy - Interest Rate Adjustment Notice
- 003 Delinquency Risk
- 004 Partial Payments
- 005 Promotional Sentence
Follow this process to create custom messages for your correspondence: - In the System Administration Table Setup, select Message Text.
- Click New to add a new message.
- Assign your new message a three character code and a description.
- Create your message.
- Click OK to save. The record and message is saved to the SQL table, MessageText.
- Use this table record in your custom letter to deliver the message you created.
