Validation printer is dropping cents on Teller Cash Recap, Totals, Receipts and Cashier's Checks

Only part of the officer's signature is printing on official checks.

Workaround:

Turn off FIFO buffers on the advance settings for the computers comport.

  1. On your desktop, right click on My Computer and select Properties OR left click on Start, right click on My Computer and select Properties:  
  • Hardware tab.
  • Device Manager button.
  • Ports (COM & LPT).
  1. Right click on Communications Port (COM1) and select Properties:
  • Port Settings tab.
  • Advanced button.
  1. Uncheck; Use FIFO buffers. 
  2. Click OK through all the screens. 
  3. Reboot the PC and restart EZTeller
