View Last Transaction Speed Key Is Not Being Displayed in Journal Entries in EZTeller32

You select the Speed Key for View Last Transaction and no transactions are found. However, you can view the last transactions using the Admin, Journal Scan feature.


Workaround:

Resolution

  1. Exit EZTeller32.
  2. In Superview, select System > Repair Databases.
  3. Select the box at the top on the screen next to TJF####.mdb.
  4. In the box below TJF####.mdb, select the teller number in question.
  5. Click Repair.
  6. Select the box for the current year and click OK
  7. A message appears reminding you that the user must be logged off EZTeller. Click OK.
  8. After the repair is completed, click Close.
  9. Restart EZTeller32 and sign on.
