Viewing EZTeller Journal Transactions in Superview for the Current Business Day

You can view EZTeller transactions for the current business day while the user is signed onto the system. This allows you to monitor the individual's workload and to determine immediately the number and type of transactions being executed.


  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details, if you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. In Superview depending on your authority level you may be required to select a working from your structural hierarchy. Select the branch level you are modifying. Click on OK.
  2. From the drop down menu click on EZTeller Roles > Journal Scan. The Query selection screen displays showing a list of default queries.
  3. Select Current Business Day.
  4. Click on Run Query. The Journal Scan query will display all transactions for the current business day.
  5. Click Close to return to the main screen.
