Viewing Servicing Director Report or Letter Properties

Viewing Servicing Director Report or Letter Properties

Viewing Servicing Director report or letter properties shows the document template and other document information.

  1. Log into the System Administration application.
  2. Click on the Event Manager button to open Event Manager.
  3. Select the Event Manager menu Events>Maintenance>Events.
  4. Select the event with exactly the same title as the event you use to create your report or letter from the list of events. The Event Details screen will open.
  5. Note the Executable shown, on the Event Details screen.  If the Executable is "Report Wrapper," then the document is a Crystal Reports document.  If the Executable is "Mail Merge Wrapper," then the document is a Microsoft Word Mail Merge document.
  6. Click the Criteria button to open the Event Criteria screen.
  7. Note the Report file. The Report file is the source document template file in the Servicing Director \SvcData\Rpt network shared folder.  The Event Criteria screen also shows the default Page Orientation, and automatic Commenting setting for the document.
  8. Close these screens opened above without making any changes.

In addition to the document properties above, you can also view the Windows properties of the source document template by continuing with the following steps:

  1. Using Windows Explorer, browse to the Servicing Director \SvcData\Rpt network shared folder.
  2. Locate the source document template file you noted above, and note the Windows Explorer date modified and file size of the file.  If Windows Explorer does not show the date modified and file size, then you can right-click on the file name, and select Properties.
