Viewing Your Servicing Director License Loan Level

When you purchase Servicing Director, your contract specifies a loan level (loan load or loan limit), set by your Servicing Director license key code.
The loan level set by your license tells the system the number of loans that you can process. 
As you process more loans, the current loan level information will change. 
Use the information below to view your current loan level information.
Open the Help > About screen:
  1. Open any primary Servicing Director application, such as Customer Service, Collections, or System Administration.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select About.
For advanced system administrators, if you are running the Event Manager end of day Run All events interactively, you will notice the display of the Change Posting Date update event also shows the license loan level information.

If you Service Release loans, your Servicing Director system will count the Service Released loans separately and count them against your Service Release license limit.
