Microsoft updates are routinely available for the Windows computers you use for Servicing Director, for the Servicing Director server and the desktop applications. Which updates should you allow to be installed?

At this time, there are no known issues with any Microsoft updates, including the SQL server updates for your Servicing Director SQL server. Therefore, Servicing Director support recommends you install any updates recommended by Microsoft.
Microsoft updates are not explicitly tested for Servicing Director compatibility, so this does not mean all Microsoft updates will always be compatible with Servicing Director, but it is important that you use your own judgment to apply the updates needed for your security and other business needs.
