Which Servicing Director Report Will Provide Accumulated Balances and Information For A Loan's Year To Date Activity

You may have a need to review a Servicing Director report, which will provide you with accumulated, up to date balances and totals, for loan level activity for the year to date.

Workaround:

The Servicing Director Year To Date Activity Report, details, loan by loan, the accumulated values from the Year To Date table.
The report includes information such as Due Dates, Principal and Escrow Balances, Fees, Late Charges, and Principal and Interest Paid, as well as other balances and information.
Year To Date Activity Report can be found in Event Manager, System Administration category, Reports group.

The report provides only a snapshot of data at the time it is run, and it cannot be made to reflect data from a point of time in the past.

The Year To Date Activity Report is particularly useful to capture annual loan activity data prior to the year-end rollover.
It is documented in the Servicing Director year-end procedures that you are required to run this report after you complete all normal entry of payments and disbursements and before you run the Year End Rollover update.
