Fusion Servicing Director Master Servicing Payment Batch import error:

There was a problem importing from <file path and file name>
You must enter a value in the TOTALPRINCIPALPAID field.
You must enter a value in the TOTALINTERESTPAID field.
You must enter a value in the TOTALSERVFEEWITHHELD field.

Root Cause: If your payments file contains all the values reported in the error message, then this is an issue in the Master Servicing application.

Workaround:

Submit a case through Case Management to increment Request for Change 00306973.
