Checking Information On Servicing Director Users
You want to know how you can check the information on Servicing Director users.
Workaround:
All the users are listed in the System Administration module under Security > Users.
In Event Manager under Available Events > System Administration > Reports, you can also check the following reports:
- Users Report lists all users and the date and time of the user's last successful log on
- User Security Report lists user's access levels by module and screen name.
- User Activity Report lists user names, the computer used to open screens, and the amount of time that a screen was open. This report also calculates the average time that screens were open, and the total time that screens were open during a designated time period.
