Creating the Servicing Director Applications Loan History Summary Report

The Servicing Director applications Loan History Summary report lists transaction information for loans.
You can view and print this report from various applications from a built-in "History" button and the applications will automatically display a preview of the report for the currently selected loan open in the application.

 

 


Here is the list of applications with the History button:

Adjustable Rate Mortgage:
  • Open Adjustable Rate Mortgage, and then click History
Analysis:
  • Open Analysis, and then click Loan > History
Collections: 
  • Open Collections, and then click Options > History
  • Open Collections, click Contact, and then click Payment History
Customer Service: 
  • Open Customer Service, and then click History
Disbursements:
  • Open Disbursements, click Insurance, click View Batch, and then click History
  •  Open Disbursements, click Tax, click View Batch, and then click History
  •  Open Disbursements, click Miscellaneous, click View Batch, and then click History
Tracking:
  • Open Tracking, and then click Options > History
  • Open Tracking, click New Ins, and then click History
  •  Open Tracking, click New Tax, and then click History
