GL Export Summary History Report

This report lists a history of general ledger activity in the same format as the daily GL Export Summary by account report.
 
  • Delivered location: system administration report group
  • File name: GLExportSumHist.rpt
  • Delivered criteria: account description, fee group, fee group description, GL account code, investor ID, loan type, plan description, transaction amount, transaction date, and transaction description
  • Queries: R_GLExportHistory
  • Recommended criteria: Account description, GL account code, and transaction date
  • Frequency of running: Monthly or as needed for account reconciliation
Note: This report should be run after the GL transaction update.
