Deleting Tracking Records and To Zero Out the Balance in Other Funds Field
If a user is unable to adjust the other funds balance by going to Customer Service > Options > Other funds > and selecting the + - field, and the field is grayed out, it is because there is still an active optional Insurance policy in tracking.
You must first delete the tracking record before you can zero out the other funds balance.
To delete a tracking record, perform the following:
- Select the tracking application.
- Enter the Loan ID.
- Select Options.
- Select Other Funds.
- Delete the tracking record.
To zero out other funds, perform the following:
- Select the Customer Service application.
- Select Other.
- Select Loan Adjustment.
- Zero out the balance in the Other Funds field.
