Description Of Times Late Last 12 Months

Servicing Director displays Times Late Last 12 Months in the Collections application, Contact screen, Statistics tab.

Times Late Last 12 Months is a calculated field and is not a value stored in any table.
The calculation checks the loan history for late charge assessments in the past 12 months and totals them. Then, it subtracts the number of late charges waived, giving the total that appears in the screen.
