Differences Between the Servicing Director Delivered MortgageBot Loan Import and the Professional Services Custom MortgageBot Loan Import

For current versions of Servicing Director, there can be one or two Mortgagebot Loan Imports, and they both can work side-by-side. Before Servicing Director version 16.1, there was only one Servicing Director Mortgagebot Loan Import available, the custom Mortgagebot Loan Import provided by Servicing Director Professional Services. 

Starting with Servicing Director version 16.1, Servicing Director delivers a Mortgagebot Loan Import to all systems as part of the default installation. If the custom import is present, the installation of 16.1 will not remove it or replace it, but instead add the delivered import to the system, and leave the custom import in place and still working.

Some future version may remove or adjust Servicing Director to have the delivered import be the only import, but the key step is if the custom import was in use, it will have cross references already setup, which will need to be setup for the delivered import, before the delivered import can be used.
