Creating a custom Periodic Statement

The Servicing Director Periodic Statement format has been designed by the Servicing Director understanding of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulations, and it is believed to be compliant as installed. Therefore, we don't recommend customizing the Periodic Statement, and unlike other Servicing Director documents, the Servicing Director Professional Services team is keeping the document CFPB-compliant by not offering customization projects for this one document. Servicing Director support only supports the Servicing Director applications as delivered from the product installation, and therefore cannot guide you through the procedures to customize the Periodic Statement.

If you choose to customize the Periodic Statement, you can customize as you would other Servicing Director documents, using your own resources to develop the changes needed. For more information about how to customize a document, enter the key words "Servicing Director Custom" in any search field in the Customer Success Community.
