Viewing Foreclosure Information Displayed on Periodic Statement

When Foreclosure Information is not displayed on the Periodic Statement.
In order for the Date of First Notice of Filing to display on the Periodic Billing Statement, you must have a Default Record and Foreclosure Tracking Record created in the Servicing Director Collections Module:
  1. On the New/Edit Foreclosure Tracking screen, enter a date into the Date of first Notice or Filing field.
  2. This date displays in the Delinquency Notice box of the next Periodic Statement produced by the loan, if the loan is more than 45 days delinquent.
