Early Intervention Report

Early Intervention Report

The Early Intervention report is located in Event manager under Available Events > Collections > Reports.
This letter will display delinquent loans and indicates whether verbal contact has been made with a borrower and whether the Early Intervention letter has been sent.
The report contains following details:
  • All active loans where the due date is earlier then the TransPostDate
  • Options to select loans
  • A particular number of days delinquent
  • A particular number of days since last contact
  • A particular date or date range of a letter sent previously
  • A particular loan type
  • Allows you to identify loans for which you need to verbally contact the borrower by the 36th day of delinquency and loans that are up to 45 days delinquent for which you need to create a Early Intervention Letter
