Explanation Of Monthly Delinquent Indicator And How It Is Used In Servicing Director Credit Bureau Reporting

This serves as an explanation of the Monthly Delinquent Indicator field, and about how it is used in the Servicing Director credit bureau reporting process.

The Monthly Delinquent Indicator field is found in the Customer Service application, Payment, Credit screen.
This field is a set of 24 characters, each representing the status of a payment for a given month over a period of two years
The character to the farthest left represents the previous month's Status. The codes are defined by Metro 2.

In the Credit Bureau Export, it is defined as the 'Payment History Profile'
These values are calculated by the Servicing Director system when you run your Credit Bureau events, and are determined by the payments made, due dates and outstanding amounts  for the loan.
For more information on this, please check out the Help Topics (F1) titled 'Credit Bureau Export Fields' and look for 'Payment History Profile' .

At the SQL Table and Field level, the Monthly Delinquent Indicator can be found in two locations.
Creditreport.MonthlyDelinquentIndicator represents what has most recently reported, and should match your export/report.
Credit. MonthlyDelinquentIndicator represents the new calculated values (from the last export) that will be reported in the next cycle.
